This "cookbook" is a result of discussions at the WebTV newsgroup news:alt.discuss.clubs.public.html.help.gnubee, which is now closed due to MSN's unwillingness to upgrade WebTV (MSNTV) to digital phone compatability. We are starting with the code for a basic page, then adding a bit at a time as we learn. The Basic HTML Course covers XHTML 1.0 and CSS.
