Lesson 17 SolutionsReading Tables with Colspan
Colspan SolutionI've posted my table using colspan below.Reading this table, we see there are 3 columns and 3 rows, so this is a 3x3 table. But there are only 5 cells instead of 9. What happened to the other cells? Notice in the code that the rows that use colspan "use up" other cells in those rows. That is, they are already accounted for.
Nested Table SolutionYou can get a similar layout using nested tables. Think of the table as having 3 rows with 1 cell each. The middle cell just happens to have a table in it with 1 row of 3 cells.Table Course Table Gallery Key Concepts and Table Tips Understanding Gradangles WebTV Viewer Table Gallery HTML Cookbook Html.Help.Gnubee Html Help Gnubee Chat | |||||||||
