Reading Tables with both Colspan and Rowspan

Ok, we've read a table with colspan and one with rowspan. Now we'll read a table that uses both.

The table below uses both rowspan & colspan. It cannot be made with nested tables.

How many rows do you see?
How many columns do you see?
How many cells do you see?
Which cells span a row or a column?
How many cells do they span?
How would you build this table?

Draw it out if necessary. Add numbers to the cells as you encounter them left to right, top to bottom.
